Delete your Reality Studio account

You can request deletion of your XR Capsules Reality Studio account and associated data without installing the app.

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. In Account settings, choose Delete account. Download any work you want to keep first.
3. Read the warnings, type DELETE, and confirm. Apple-linked accounts must reauthorize with their linked Apple ID.

You can also start deletion from Account in the Android or iOS app.

What gets deleted

Deletion is irreversible. We disable account access and sharing, then remove the login identity, profile, owned captures, scenes, objects, uploaded files, generated outputs, and associated personal data. Cleanup is asynchronous so running jobs and existing upload links can become safe before files are erased. Failed cleanup is retried rather than reported as complete.

Limited payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and legally required records may remain. Deletion does not remove copies already exported or downloaded by you or other people, or necessarily undo prior model improvements. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Subscriptions and payments

Cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions in the owning store to stop future charges. Account deletion does not cancel those subscriptions or refund past payments. Stripe subscription renewals are stopped during cleanup.

Cannot sign in or need help?

Email support@xrcapsules.com, preferably from your account email, and request account and associated-data deletion. Include your email or username, never your password or payment-card information. We verify your identity before acting. Contact support for the status of an existing request; this page does not promise a fixed completion date.
